What it does
- "Call mom", "Text Alex I'm late", "Wake me up at 6:30": phone actions from plain language
- Reads and adds events in your phone calendars; opens apps, plays music and starts Google Maps directions
- Full-screen voice mode with natural Ethiopian voices (Addis AI)
- Long-term memory: "Remember my sister's name is Ana"
- Amharic by default, with English, Afaan Oromo and Tigrinya; understands Ethiopian time for alarms
How it’s built
- Pick a brain: Gemini (free tier), OpenRouter, any OpenAI-compatible API, or a fully offline "No AI" mode
- Tool calling turns chat into real phone actions, with an "ask before acting" setting for calls and messages
- API keys kept in encrypted secure storage on the device
